Experience: 9+years in same technology

Domain Experience: 3+ years

Product Knowledge: 

• Have strong overall knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of the product.
• Knowledge and experience on the latest version of the product INFOR core product is essential. 

Role:

• Function as a product expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity and system performance
• Requires both broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.
• Domain Solution Architect
• Reusable code repository owner
• Focussing on upskilling and training of team members.

Role’s description:

Solution design based on pre-sales study report and as-is requirements document. Efforts estimation experience. Validation of pre-sales solution overview and effort estimates. Identify and recommend product customizations and enhancements to meet client requirements. Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with Functional/Business Consultants and Technical Consultants/Developers to ensure each phase of the implementation for the client is being executed with the solutions provided/recommended to the client in a timely manner. Excellent product knowledge to be used to provide solutions to project teams in handling difficult mapping situations

Project Experience:

3 full life cycle implementation projects in Infor latest version and at least 2 Upgrade/ migration project experience to latest version. India localization knowledge essential. / Customer Support Min 7 years

Domain Exp: 

• Trade & logistics (distribution), mfg., finance
• Core product technology skills sets.
• Advanced domain knowledge in one or more vertical industry

Qualification:

Engineering Graduate / CA/ CWA/ MCA/ MBA/ BSC IT/BSC Computer Science/ Diploma Computer Science/ Application/ BCOM

Soft Skills:

• Clear communicator (written and verbal).
• Creative solving of business process problems & conflict resolution.
• Complete command over the product (latest version and one version prior to latest)
• Knowledge of interview techniques
• Excellent command over English language
• Think clearly and calmly under pressure
