Experience: 8+years in same technology

Product Knowledge: Latest version of the product INFOR core product technology skills sets.

• Product and Process planning
• Test Strategy Design and Implementation
• Product version management
• Technology Solution Architect
• Reusable code repository owner
• Knowledge of at least two functional modules
• Technical Resource Planning
• New Technology Planning

Role’s description:

Technical design & complex code development, code review of Sr. Consultants & report writing, data migration template creation, Interface development, trouble shooting, should have handled a team size of 5+ associates, Good in coordination within Onsite, Offshore Teams and with customer, QMS compliance enforcer
Should be proactive in implementing best practices by building templates, generating reusable components, identifying training needs by considering the market trend
Infor ION / Extention and custom extention development
Infor Cloud development

Project Experience:

Minimum two implementation experience / at least 3 Upgrade/ at least 3 migration projects experience / 5 years in large support service /Two years in Infor Cloud experience

Domain Exp: Desirable (Good to have)

Qualification:

Engineering Graduate / MCA/ BSC IT/ BSC Computer Science/ Diploma Computer Science/ BCA

Soft Skills:

• Clear communicator (written and verbal).
• Creative problem solving & conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage implementation team members.
• Knowledge of interview techniques
• Excellent command over English language
