Job Description
 Meet sales targets and in line with the organizational business objectives and strategy.
 Lead generation through inside sales team and self-initiative of partnership models
 Manage the proposal development process in coordination with the pre-sales / delivery
team and maintain the timelines for the proposal.
 Understands clients’ needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus.
 Build and maintain excellent relationships with principals’ sales organization in the
relevant geography.
 Maintain the Business Development databases.
 Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.
Experience Required
 Experience in a similar role with an experience of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics/Infor) sales
and understanding of business models for the relevant geographic market.
 Good understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them to
the pre-sales team.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
 Understanding of geographic business models for IT industry and ability to strategies
business plan with principals and partners
