The Support Engineer takes up the responsibility of delivery of assigned task (Incidents, problems) with quality and within given timelines and delivers independently.


Technical Components (Desired) – ASP.NET , C#.Net, MVC, SQL, German Language (A1/A2)

Critical Drivers for Success –
∙ Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA Implementation of system change requests and releases.
∙ Ability to work in shift model (24 x 7)
∙ Perform Root cause analysis &  Impact assessments.   
∙ Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during Project Deployment/ support cycles     
∙ Testing of application & change releases. 
∙ Document day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities     
Areas of Responsibilities

 


 
Should be able to do Level 2 support as per ITIL/CMMI or similar standards

 


 
 

 
Should be able to interact with Customer as an when needed

 


 


 
 

 
Through Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Release management processes

 


 
 

 
Through understanding of application architecture, deployments, monitoring, health checks

 


 
 

 
Fair understanding of database concepts, SQL

 


 


 
 Should be able to resolve incident with minimal support from seniors

 


 


 

Education – M.Sc.In Computer science, MCA, B-Tech In Computer science
Education desired – German Language Certification A1/ A2
Knowledge & Skills :
Front END : ASP.NET/ HTML5/ Angular/ CSS
Language : C#
Database : SQL Server
Scripting Language : JQuery, Java script , XML, JSON
Webservice: REST, SOAP
Message broker communications: MQ (MQTT or Kafka)
German Language : A1/A2 (Good to Have)
