The ideal candidate for this role should be able to handle end-to-end Data Integration, DW solutions and Data validations/verifications by taking into consideration the business use cases, objectives and requirements.
Design, develop and validate various Data Warehousing & Data Analysis solutions.
Work with business users to establish requirements to achieve business objectives through Data.
Decompose the business requirements into one or more reusable DW/ETL products.
Translate business requirements into Data/ETL Solutions
Performs tasks and duties related to ad hoc analysis, design and processing.
Ensure effective communication of user requirements.
Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting existing Data Warehouse solutions and applications.
Excellent working knowledge of large data manipulation and data mining using complex SQL.
Implement data validation/verification strategies, plans and use cases for various Data Warehousing & Data Analysis solutions.
Experience in writing complex SQL statements to validate data and ETL code based on the data mapping & requirements and perform extensive data analysis to identify the defects.
Perform detailed Data Analysis, Data Profiling and Data Integrity check using SQL, Shell scripts or any other tools.
Who we have in mind:
Proficiency in SQL (minimum 3 years of working experience)
Experience in writing complex SQL statements
Good knowledge of Unix & Python
You have a solid understanding of data pipelines, test beds, end to end testing (minimum 3 years of working experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in testing applications which process very large amounts of data (structured and unstructured), including streaming real-time data
Hands on experience writing test scripts and creating performance test to benchmark pipeline throughput
Having knowledge of Agile concepts
