• 3 – 4 years of Proactive Monitoring experience in NOC and Incident Management Exp.
• Monitoring cloud services/cloud alerts is an advantage
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Ready to work in night shifts on a rotation basis.
• 10 hours of shift per day , four days a week work.
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes, Basic knowledge of Linux, Basic knowledge of database (RDBMS) and Basic knowledge of network (no need of certification in any of the mentioned technologies)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Logic Mon, SolarWinds, Nagios or Other tools monitoring workflows
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills of problems
• Knowledge on Service Now ticket management tool
