JD:
- Responsibilities from CRM side
o Provides BAU support to Business which includes assisting with production issues, adhoc data uploads/cleaning and knowledge sharing
o Assists with QA testing for CRM releases
o Manages and maintains team scrum board and ensures we align to agile processes
o Assisting on CRM projects, including research and analysis
o Taking ownership for small/medium enhancements – this includes business stakeholders engagement to understand the requirements, working with dev team to ensure enhancements are built to requirements plus QA testing.

o Requirement Gathering & Analysis
§ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
§ Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Dynamics CRM capabilities.
o Solution Design
§ Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
§ Develop workflows, forms, plugins, and custom solutions to enhance CRM functionality.
o Product Ownership
§ Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
§ Define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals.
§ Deliver detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
o Project Management
§ Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for CRM implementations.
§ Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in agile settings.
o Testing & Validation
§ Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues.
§ Ensure the CRM solution aligns with documented requirements.
o Client Engagement
§ Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
§ Manage client relationships by understanding their business structure and resolving issues effectively.
o Reporting & Analytics
§ Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
§ Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data analysis.
o Documentation
§ Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and process workflows.
o Compliance & Best Practices
§ Ensure CRM solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
§ Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and trends.
o Collaboration & Leadership
§ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
§ Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to team members.
- Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
o 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional and/or product owner roles).
o Proficient in business analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering.
o Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and workflows.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
o Experience in agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
o Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Agile frameworks (preferred).
