JD:
Design and build high-availability and quality database systems tailored to end users’ specific roles.

Implement database structures based on users’ information needs and views.

Define user access and ensure timely, accurate data distribution in the appropriate format.

Utilize high-speed transaction recovery techniques and perform regular data backups.

Minimize database downtime and optimize parameters for fast query responses.

Provide both proactive and reactive data management support and user training.

Develop, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards.

Conduct regular tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.

Monitor database performance, apply updates, and implement necessary changes or patches..

Primary Skills:

8+ years of proven tech experience with Database Administration

Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications

Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL

Experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools

Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
