Role:

• Function as a product expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity and system performance
• Requires both broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.

Role’s description:

Requirement Understanding, Process Mapping,Gap Fit Analysis, documentation, prepare functional specs for customization, functional testing of customization, document review of Functional Consultant

Project Experience:

Minimum One implementation experience in Infor latest version + Functional Consultant role on large support service (Min 3 years)

Domain Exp: Finance / Trade & logistics (distribution)/ MFG./ Projects / Service

Qualification:

Engineering Graduate / CA/ CWA/ MCA/ MBA/ BSC IT/BSC Computer Science/ Diploma Computer Science/ Application/ BCOM

Soft Skills:

• Clear communicator (written and verbal).
• Creative solving of business process problems.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to think abstract.
• Team leader qualities
• Excellent command over English language
