Role: Core Blockchain Developer

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement the core
architecture of our Layer 1 blockchain from scratch.
● Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and secure code for the blockchain protocol and
consensus mechanisms.
● Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for scalability, security, and
performance enhancements.
● Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
● Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, technologies, and best practices to drive
continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Strong proficiency in blockchain technologies and concepts, particularly in building Layer 1
blockchain solutions.
● Solid experience with blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic
techniques.
● Proficiency in programming languages like Rust, C++, or Go for blockchain development.
● Familiarity with smart contract development and execution environments.
● Deep understanding of decentralized systems, network protocols, and peer-to-peer
networks.
● Prior experience with Git, continuous integration, and agile development methodologies.
● Problem-solving mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative
environment.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional Desired Skills:
● Experience with tokenomics and economic models for blockchain networks.
● Knowledge of formal verification and security auditing for blockchain systems.
● Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or research publications in the field.
