Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AWS Automation DevOps Engineer to join our team, who will
be able to design and build solutions for one of our Fortune 500 Client programs. The successful
candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts using Python
and Boto3 to manage and orchestrate our AWS infrastructure. This includes creating and
optimizing workflows, developing custom tools and scripts, and ensuring compliance with security
and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Python and Boto3 to manage
    AWS resources.
  • Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce
    manual effort.
  • Develop custom tools and scripts to meet specific business needs and requirements .
  • Work with development teams to automate deployment, scaling, and management of
    applications on AWS.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices, AWS best practices, and company
    policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify automation opportunities and improve overall
    efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new AWS features and enhancements to Boto3
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science or related and minimum 5+ years
    of experience
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS automation using Python and Boto3 .
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with Boto3.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Good to have experience with other AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and
    DynamoDB.
  • Good to have knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Good to be familiar with AWS CloudWatch and monitoring tools.
  • Good to have experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins etc.
  • Good to have certification in AWS or Python development
