Extensive experience as a manual tester
Expertise is writing test plans, test scenarios, re-usable test cases
Strong Knowledge and work experience required in Agile Environment
Experience with any Test Management Tool
Must be able to show strong QA characteristics at all levels – Requirement Gathering, test methodology, execution release
Be responsible for whole STLC (analyzing business requirements, involving in preparing Test Plans, creating test cases, building reusable test cases, monitoring bugs, retesting bug fixes, bug reports, regular reporting on test execution to lead/client)
Experience in following Test types- Integration, Ad-Hoc, Functional, End to End, Sanity, System, Negative and Regression
Facilitate the effect resolution of issues, by providing initial triage for issue disposition
Maintaining the Testcases after requirement changes and bug fixes
Strong knowledge of backend validations in SQL server
Working knowledge of executing batch files
Key Skillsets:
Experience in Agile Environment preferred
Proven experience in Manual Testing process for minimal 3 years
Experience in defect tracking and management required
Have strong understanding of QA methodology
In depth knowledge of and proven track record in Software Testing Lifecycle and manual testing Best Practices
